Sign like this Quick-Thinking, Persistent Boss

Handwriting (signature) analysis of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)’s President and CEO, Dave McKay:

So, this boss we're talking about - he's super quick on the uptake. Like, seriously fast. He doesn't like to waste time, so make sure you're paying attention when he's talking. He can run through a bunch of scenarios and make lightning-fast decisions, no problem. (Speed of writing + strokes emphasize on increasing speed).

But he's also super persistent and driven. He doesn't give up easily, even if things aren't going his way. The only downside is that he doesn't always have an exit strategy, so he might have trouble cutting his losses. (The K loop +the Y stroke).

Working for him can be tough, to be honest. He's the kind of boss who's always changing his mind and moving the goalposts. And he can be a bit moody, too - you never quite know what you're going to get. (The gaps in the D, the sudden increase and decrease in the size of letters).

That said, he's actually pretty open to hearing new ideas and feedback. Just make sure you're well prepared and get straight to the point.  (The big looped e, the open looped a)

And try not to state the obvious - he'll tune out if you do. If you've got something good to say, he'll listen. Just don't hurt his ego or criticize him, because he can get touchy about that. (The m humps)

This guy loves to talk just as much as he loves to listen. He's a super communicative leader, even if he can be a bit cryptic at times. But that's also what makes him such a powerful force - he's really good at adapting to new situations and coming up with new ideas. It can be challenging for the team to keep up with all the sudden changes, but that's just part of working with him. (Open looped D and a + intentionally missing alphabets)

Oh, and one more thing - he's a huge reader, loves quoting philosophers, and is just generally really into ideas. He's also a hard worker and prefers to be on his own a lot. And he's super passionate about his goals and ideals. (High upper zones and deep lower zones).
